The Dagger

A plume of smoke seeps down the hallway from the kitchen – it smells like something is burning. You battle the smoke to reach the kitchen door, where you open it to see a figure inside.

The figure turns to you – is it the villain? After an intense moment of trying to communicate with the figure, it disappears.

You hear a clang. They dropped something on the floor. You walk over to see what it is that has fallen.

Play the video to hear the reading challenge.

In order to collect the dagger, you must read a book with a dangerous setting.

Once you have completed your reading challenge, be sure to fill in this form with the book you read! Alternatively, if you work in a school, then fill in this form instead.
